Deleting your data

You can remove what AppKeep holds about your accounts on other services at any time, in any of these ways.

Disconnect an account

  1. Sign in to AppKeep and open your dashboard.
  2. Open the app the account is connected to, for example PostEasy.
  3. Under Connected accounts, press Disconnect next to the account. You can also remove it from the app's own accounts page.

Its access token is deleted at once, and the app can no longer reach that account.

Remove AppKeep on the service

On Facebook (Settings → Business integrations), Instagram (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites) or Threads (Settings → Account → Website permissions), remove AppKeep. The service tells us, and we delete every connection to that account automatically. You can also ask the service to send us a data deletion request from the same screen. For X, LinkedIn, TikTok (Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services) and Google and YouTube, removing AppKeep there stops our access at once; disconnect the account in AppKeep too to delete its stored token.

Delete everything

Deleting an app deletes its data and connected accounts. To delete your whole AppKeep account and everything in it, or if you no longer have access to it, email hello@appkeep.io from the address you signed up with. We'll confirm within 30 days. Purchase and payout records are kept only as long as tax and accounting rules require.
